    Thank you for shopping with Ivy & Isaac. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders within the United States. We are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable delivery experience for every customer.

    Order Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
    • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
    • After processing, you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.
    • Tracking confirmation constitutes proof of shipment. 

    Order Cut-off Time

    • Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM (GMT-05:00) New York EST
    • Orders placed before 05:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day.
    • Orders placed after 05:00 PM EST, on weekends, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

    Shipping Locations

    • We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) or restricted areas.
    • If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us to confirm availability before placing your order.

    Estimated Delivery Times

    • Transit Time: 6–9 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
    • Total Delivery Time: 7–12 business days (including processing & transit)
    • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
    • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume.

    Shipping Rates

    • Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders (USA).
    • All transactions are processed in USD (United States Dollar). No additional or hidden fees.

    Shipping Carrier

    • Orders are shipped using trusted logistics partners:
      • USPS (United States Postal Service)
      • UPS (United Parcel Service)
      • FedEx
    • Final delivery is handled by one of these carriers depending on location and availability.
    • You will receive the selected carrier information in your shipping confirmation email.

    Order Tracking

    • Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
    • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
    • Use the tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress until delivery.

    Incorrect Address

    • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
    • Ivy & Isaac is not responsible for:
      • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
      • Packages delivered to the wrong address
    • If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

    Order Changes & Cancellations

    Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

    Lost or Delayed Packages

    If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

    1. Check your tracking information.
    2. Contact the shipping carrier for updates.
    3. If the package is confirmed lost, contact our support team with your order details.
      We will assist with a replacement or appropriate resolution.

    Note: We will ship out the item according to your requests, but we can not assure you exactly how many days you can receive this item. Many factors may cause the delay of your item, e.g. holiday season, bad weather conditions, international courier strikes, etc.

    Damaged Packages

    If your order arrives damaged:

    1. Take clear photos of the packaging and item.
    2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos.
    3. Packaging damage alone does not qualify for a replacement or refund if the item is intact.
    4. We will review and provide a suitable resolution, which may include reshipping or refund.

    If tracking shows an order as “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the recipient. Customers must file a claim with the carrier and provide proof of loss. Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery are not eligible.

    Split Shipments

    • Items may sometimes ship separately due to warehouse availability.
    • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

    Shipping Tips

    1) To deliver successfully, we suggest you leave the correct email address, shipping address, and mobile number during the checkout processing.

    2) Unsuccessful delivery caused by a blank mobile column cannot be compensated. 

    3) Your address should be detailed enough, including the apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fees due to personal reasons will not be taken by ivysiaac.com

    Refused Packages

    If an order is refused at the time of delivery or not collected from a designated pickup point, the package will be returned to our warehouse. A $25 fee will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and processing costs.

    Customs & Import Tax

    Customs is a government agency that regulates goods entering a country or region. All goods entering or leaving a country or region must first be cleared through customs. It is always the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay relevant duties.

    In most countries, however, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

    The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.

    Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.

    If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you or you cannot pre-pay it. These do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks. If you are sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
